How To Cancel
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel
your Virtual Server or web site, please follow these steps.
1.) Make certain that you want to cancel your
server before sending us a cancellation notice.
Once your virtual server or web site is cancelled, there is a set up fee to
reinstate your virtual server or web site once it has been terminated.
2.) E-mail a letter with the Domain Name you
want cancelled, the date you would like to stop service, and the current
password of your virtual server or web site to RSH Web Services.
3.) Please let us know the reasons why you
decided to cancel, what you liked or disliked about our service and what you
think we can improve upon. Your feedback is crucial to our future success!
